No complicated packages or class bookings, just 24/7 access to high-end equipment in a clean, focused environment. No crowds, no waiting on equipment.
Parents, if your child is training next door at 5Tool Training, this is your chance to get your own workout in while they work. Build your fortress, too. (Individual or Family memberships available)
Fort Foundations
Speed and Agility Class
This weekly group class focuses on speed, agility, and coordination to develop multi-sport athletes. Perfect for youth athletes looking to move faster, react quicker, and stay game-ready. (8–12 athletes per group | 60 min)
The Forge Series
Small Group Strength and Performance Class
This small-group series combines strength, speed, and skill-based work in focused 3–4 week training blocks. Includes performance tracking, testing, and a new theme each cycle. (6–8 athletes | 45–60 min)
The Stronghold Series
Team Performance Training
Stronger together. Team-focused sessions for sport-specific strength, speed, agility, and team-building. Can be booked as part of team practices. (60–90 min | Group rates available)
The Warrior Series
Elite 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
Custom-built training for serious athletes. Personalized strength, speed, and position-specific programming with goal tracking and recovery built in. One-on-one or semi-private options available. (By appointment | 45–60 min)
Personal Training and Online Coaching
Personal Training
Full-service coaching. Custom training plans, 24/7 messaging, weekly check-ins, and access to our fitness app. Includes one in-person session per month and full gym membership to The Fort. Contact us for a free consultation to see if it’s a good fit. (Gym membership included FREE)

About The Fort
The Fort was built by our family, Craig, Sam, and Kade Wall as a natural extension of how we live, train, and grow together. Fitness is part of our daily life, part of our family culture, and part of how we continue to grow, not just physically, but mentally. That’s why you’ll see three stars in our logo, a symbol of our family and a reminder that this place is rooted in family values, hard work, and the belief that training makes life better in every way.
As a sports family, we saw a need in our community: a place where youth athletes can train in a fun, functional, and safe environment, while parents also have the chance to focus on their own health and fitness.
